MLP Fluttershy

The background you've drawn looks remarkable! It's very bright and I can tell you spent a lot of time on it. c: Although the water looks a little less like water and more like a sculpture. It doesn't look very "wet". o: It still looks nice, don't get me wrong, just not very wet.

My main critique would have to go to Fluttershy herself. I like what you did with heir mane and tail, first of all, it's an effect I doubt I could replicate! Thought there proportions on her face seem off to me. I understand that you were probably trying to adhere to the proportions in the cartoon, but I think you made her face a little too "short". I think if you made her face a little longer and moved her snout down a bit, her face would look a little less skewed.
