NUFFFFFF ;v; so much work.
derp.  I only added some lighting effects today. The rest of it was finished a while back and then I forgot about it during a homework madness period.
I did so much research for this. I want to never draw books again.

these are my random fantasies of buildings overgrown with plants. lol

An interesting piece. My eyes followed this path:
Vibrant top half -> Mellow Bottom -> Twilight -> Whale in the window

This is EXACTLY the right order.

The top is exciting and grabs your attention.
The bottom serves as juxtaposition for the top, and is the appropriate place to hide some gems to discover. It rewards you for diving deeper into the piece.
Twilight serves to "complete" the piece, in the sense that now we know whose library this is. She is cute and subtle.
The whale, as a bonus, leaves you with wonder.

There are a few tiny things to nitpick, but first let me assure you that their negative impact is overshadowed by what you did right.

1) Twilight and her chair are just a little hard to understand. I lingered a half second too long on her out of confusion. The chair and her body are just undefined enough to be a bit distracting.
2) The perspective of the side wall is off enough to feel weird. For the top windows, the right one looks small. it appears to be smaller than the one on the right, but this is an illusion. It would need to be drawn bigger to appear to be the same size. The windows on the bottom do not appear to be on the same plane as each other, or the windows above. A common vanishing point needs to be established and used for each of those windows.

Great job.
